Rand Water is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Creative Spatial Experience Specialist. This unique opportunity resides at the intersection of artistry and design, where the successful candidate will help to shape and enhance the visual and sensory experiences within our facilities and public spaces. As a Creative Spatial Experience Specialist, your role will involve conceptualizing, planning, and implementing artistic and design elements to elevate the overall environment and engage our audiences in a profound and meaningful way.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, immersive spatial experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
Design and implement visual installations and sensory enhancements that align with Rand Water's brand identity and values.
Utilize insights from art, design, and cultural trends to create dynamic and evocative spatial narratives.
Manage and maintain relationships with external artists, designers, and creative partners to support the realization of spatial projects.
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of Rand Water's facilities through the integration of art and design.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design, Environmental Design, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in conceiving and executing spatial design projects, preferably within public or commercial environments.
Proficiency in utilizing design software and tools, along with a strong understanding of spatial storytelling and experiential design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
A passion for creating immersive and transformative experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and the ability to understand and align with our organizational goals and values.
