Gallery Exhibition Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and organized individual to join our team as a Gallery Exhibition Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and managing engaging exhibitions that showcase the history and cultural significance of Australian film and sound. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and develop engaging exhibition concepts
Coordinate and manage exhibition projects from concept to installation
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful exhibition launches
Contribute to the development of educational programs related to exhibitions
Ensure the preservation and protection of archival materials during exhibition planning and installation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Arts, History, Museum Studies, or related field
Proven experience in exhibition coordination or related roles
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A passion for preserving and showcasing cultural heritage
