OhioHealth is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cultural Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a professional with expertise in understanding diverse populations and their impact on business strategies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct demographic and psychographic analysis to identify cultural trends and preferences within various populations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cultural insights into market research strategies.
Develop and implement innovative approaches to understanding multiculturism within the Ohio region.
Analyze consumer behavior and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Produce comprehensive reports and presentations to highlight cultural insights and their business implications.
Stay abreast of market trends and cultural shifts relevant to the healthcare industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a strong focus on multicultural studies, sociology, or psychology.
Proven experience in data analysis, segmentation, and market research methodologies.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and efficiently to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.
Strong understanding of cultural nuances, sensitivity, and awareness.
Experience working with diverse communities and understanding their cultural context.
