Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses to identify opportunities for sustainable agricultural development.
Design and implement programs that promote efficient land use, resource conservation, and environmentally friendly farming practices.
Facilitate education and training sessions to promote advanced agricultural techniques and technologies.
Build strategic partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organizations to drive rural development initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Rural Development, Environmental Science, or related fields.
Proven experience in agricultural project management, rural development, or community engagement.
Strong understanding of sustainable agriculture, rural economics, and environmental stewardship.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
