Position: Experience Architect
As an Experience Architect at Region Gävleborg, you will be at the forefront of redefining user experiences in the realm of community services and development. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to design, implement, and optimize service experiences, ensuring our services are intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative strategies to enhance service delivery
- Create and implement intuitive user interfaces and experiences
- Conduct user research and apply insights to optimize service experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate technology with user needs
- Champion a user-centric approach to service design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Service Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and implementing innovative service experiences
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and usability principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for creating impactful user-centric designs
