Position: Multicultural Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the integration of diverse cultural perspectives into our design processes and client interactions.
Collaborate with teams to ensure that diverse cultural influences are reflected in our artistic projects and community engagements.
Develop strategies to promote cultural awareness and inclusivity within the workplace.
Organize and coordinate multicultural events, workshops, and exhibitions.
Conduct research to stay informed about contemporary multicultural trends in art and design.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated understanding of multicultural dynamics and their impact on artistic expression.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Experience in event planning and project coordination.
A passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in creative spaces.
