Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local farmers and artisans to source fresh and sustainable ingredients
Design and execute farm-to-table culinary events and experiences
Develop innovative, locally-inspired menus showcasing the best Arkansas has to offer
Create and maintain relationships with local food and beverage producers
Enhance and elevate the dining experience through culinary creativity and excellence

Requirements:

Passion for sustainable agriculture and local food systems
Proven experience in culinary arts and menu development
Strong understanding of food sourcing, seasonality, and locality
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders
Excellent communication and organizational skills
