Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local farmers and artisans to source fresh and sustainable ingredients
- Design and execute farm-to-table culinary events and experiences
- Develop innovative, locally-inspired menus showcasing the best Arkansas has to offer
- Create and maintain relationships with local food and beverage producers
- Enhance and elevate the dining experience through culinary creativity and excellence
Requirements:
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and local food systems
- Proven experience in culinary arts and menu development
- Strong understanding of food sourcing, seasonality, and locality
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
