We are currently seeking an Integrated Solutions Engineer to join our West Region division. As an Integrated Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and developing innovative systems that streamline port operations and improve overall performance. Your expertise will play a crucial role in expanding our technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement advanced technological solutions
Optimize cargo handling processes through the use of predictive analytics and automation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements
Provide technical support and training to operational staff for seamless integration of new technologies
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new software and hardware to enhance port operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in system integration, software development, or related technical fields
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Knowledge of database management systems and data analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in the logistics and transportation industry is a plus
