Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local farmers and agricultural organizations to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Implement strategies to promote sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship
Offer expert guidance on crop management, soil conservation, and livestock welfare
Develop and deliver educational programs and workshops for the local community
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices
Advocate for the implementation of modern technologies that enhance efficiency and resource management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Studies, or related field
Proven experience working in a similar role within the agricultural sector
Strong understanding of sustainable agricultural practices and rural development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse community and with various stakeholders
Fluency in German and English
