Bobcat Company is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis with increasing responsibilities
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Experience with financial software and ERP systems
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
Well-informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments
CPA or CFA certification is a plus
