This role is responsible for enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain network, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation processes. As a Transportation Optimization Specialist, you'll play a crucial part in streamlining our operations and maintaining our commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing delivery routes, transportation costs, and identifying areas for improvement
Developing strategies for optimizing transportation and distribution processes
Working closely with cross-functional teams to align transportation strategies with business objectives
Implementing best practices for transportation management and tracking key performance indicators
Assessing vendor performance and actively contributing to vendor management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and transportation management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
