As an integral part of our Human Resources department, this position focuses on fostering an inclusive and diverse environment through various cultural initiatives, employee engagement programs, and events. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cultural engagement programs that promote diversity and inclusivity within the workplace
Organize and coordinate company-wide events that celebrate various cultures and traditions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cultural awareness into various aspects of the organization
Act as a liaison to diverse employee resource groups and provide support for related initiatives
Assist in the development of diversity training and awareness programs
Measure and track the success of cultural engagement initiatives
Provide ongoing support in cultivating an inclusive and welcoming work environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in community engagement or diversity and inclusion initiatives
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate about promoting diversity and cultural awareness
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
