Position Overview: As a Professional Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful connections with individuals, families, and partners within our community. You will play a key role in promoting our initiatives, providing exceptional support, and ensuring that our values of empathy, empowerment, and integrity are upheld in all interactions.

Responsibilities: - Cultivate strong relationships with community members, promoting our programs and services - Provide personalized support to individuals and families, understanding their needs and offering helpful guidance - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals - Contribute to the development and implementation of engagement strategies to expand our reach and impact - Uphold FLRID's values of dignity, inclusion, and equity in all engagements

Qualifications: - Demonstrated passion for community engagement and supporting individuals with disabilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences - Proven track record of building strong, lasting relationships and partnerships - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment - Strong commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives - Fluency in both Italian and English is preferred
