Normandy Association of Health and Wellness Coaches is seeking a passionate and innovative individual to join our team as a Health and Wellness Research Leader. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving new research initiatives that will shape the future of health and wellness practices in Normandy and beyond.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of traditional health and wellness approaches. As the Research Leader, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing cutting-edge research programs aimed at enhancing the well-being of our community members.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the development of research projects focused on health and wellness
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of research initiatives
Analyzing data and presenting findings in a manner that supports evidence-based health and wellness strategies
Identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the health and wellness industry
Contributing to the creation of educational resources and materials based on research outcomes
Building and maintaining relationships with relevant partners and stakeholders within the health and wellness community
Staying updated on industry best practices and integrating new methodologies into research protocols

Qualifications:

A background in health sciences, public health, nutrition, psychology, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in leading and executing health-related research projects
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey technical information to diverse audiences
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
A passion for driving innovation and making a meaningful impact on community well-being
Proficiency in relevant software and statistical analysis tools
