We are excited to welcome a Multicultural Outreach Coordinator to our dynamic team at Clovis Community College. This pivotal role focuses on fostering diversity and inclusion within the aviation and aerospace programs. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse range of students to our aviation and aerospace programs
Create and lead initiatives to support and engage multicultural student groups
Cultivate partnerships with multicultural organizations and communities to enhance outreach efforts
Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students
Coordinate cultural events and activities that celebrate and promote diversity within our programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong understanding of multicultural engagement
Demonstrated experience in community outreach or diversity-focused roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting diversity and fostering an inclusive environment
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in multicultural education and support
