Excursion Experience Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team at the Saxon State Ministry of Justice in Saxony, Germany, as an Excursion Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging leisure experiences that showcase the rich cultural and historical heritage of Saxony. As part of our forward-thinking team, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance the visitor experience, ensuring that each excursion leaves a lasting impression.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate captivating excursion itineraries that highlight the unique attractions and landmarks within Saxony.
- Collaborate with local tourism partners to create exclusive and immersive experiences for visitors.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance visitor engagement and satisfaction during excursions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve excursion programs based on visitor feedback and market trends.
- Manage and oversee the logistics of each excursion, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Contribute to the promotion of Saxony as a premier destination for cultural and historical discovery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing leisure, travel, or excursion programs.
- Demonstrated passion for cultural heritage and a deep understanding of the tourism industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with tourism partners and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional visitor experiences.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
