As the Hospitality Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the high-quality service standards across our facilities, ensuring that both internal and external guests receive a professional and seamless experience. Your role will involve implementing innovative hospitality strategies, managing a team of service professionals, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

Developing and implementing service protocols and standards
Leading and managing a diverse team of hospitality professionals
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality delivery of services
Maintaining a keen focus on guest satisfaction and feedback
Overseeing the daily operations of the hospitality department
Conducting regular training and development programs for staff members

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
Demonstrated ability to drive excellence in customer service and satisfaction
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
