We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our diverse and collaborative team at Ronald McDonald Barnfond, located in Blekinge län, Sweden. We are currently seeking a passionate and analytical Research and Insights Analyst to support our ongoing mission of providing support for children and families in need. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in a warm and welcoming environment.

Role Overview:

Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to support various projects and initiatives within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, generate actionable insights, and present findings to inform decision-making processes.
Conduct market analysis, trend identification, and competitive intelligence to support fundraising and awareness campaigns.
Utilize statistical and analytical tools to interpret data and provide recommendations that drive organizational goals.
Assist in the development of surveys, questionnaires, and interview protocols to capture valuable insights from stakeholders and program beneficiaries.
Contribute to the creation of reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to research and insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Social Sciences, Economics, or Business with a focus on research methodologies and statistical analysis.
Demonstrated experience in conducting research, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS) as well as experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and engage with diverse stakeholders.
