We are looking for a passionate individual who enjoys pushing the boundaries and wants to take on the role of Skydiving Experience Coordinator in the beautiful Kronoberg County. Our ideal candidate will be someone with an unwavering passion for adventure and sports, coupled with a strong desire to create unforgettable experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of skydiving events and experiences
- Manage relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the skydiving experience
- Collaborate with the team to maintain safety standards and adherence to regulations
- Provide guidance and support to participants throughout their skydiving journey
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event coordination or a similar customer-facing role
- Passion for outdoor activities and extreme sports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Relevant certifications and qualifications in skydiving (an advantage, but not mandatory)
