Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement wildlife habitat restoration plans aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with biologists, ecologists, and conservation specialists to assess, plan, and execute habitat restoration projects.
Supervise and lead field teams in the implementation of restoration initiatives, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the success of restoration efforts, integrating feedback and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Document and report on habitat restoration progress, including the collection of data and the preparation of comprehensive reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Conservation Biology, or a related field.
Proven experience in wildlife habitat restoration, including project management and ecological assessments.
Strong understanding of local flora and fauna, coupled with a commitment to ecological sustainability.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for habitat assessment, mapping, and project management.
