Your Role

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our team members' growth and expanding their skill sets. You'll work closely with various departments to identify training needs, design educational programs, and implement initiatives that promote professional development.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with department leaders to assess learning needs
Design and coordinate training programs and workshops
Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees
Develop career path frameworks and learning resources
Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about cultivating a culture of learning and growth. You should have a strong background in education, human resources, or related fields, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
