Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Geospatial Analyst to join our dynamic team at DZ PRIVATBANK S.A. in Hesse, Germany. As a Geospatial Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing valuable insights and analysis related to the environmental and geological data.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed analysis of geospatial data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
Assist in the development and implementation of environmental research projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visualizations and maps
Perform data validation and maintain data integrity
Interpret and communicate analysis results to stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Geology, Geography, Remote Sensing)
Proven experience in geospatial analysis and using GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS)
Solid understanding of environmental and geological concepts and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is required
