FHDW - Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft, located in the vibrant region of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a Hospitality Experience Curator to contribute to our innovative projects and collaborative initiatives.

About the Role:

The Hospitality Experience Curator will play a pivotal role in crafting unique and memorable experiences for our students, faculty, and external partners. This role involves designing, planning, and implementing immersive educational and cultural experiences that connect with the essence of our region and industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with local tourism partners and businesses.
Create and manage experiential learning programs for students and faculty.
Curate and organize cultural and leisure activities for international visitors and industry professionals.
Contribute to the development of new initiatives that promote sustainable tourism and economic development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate experiential learning into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in curating immersive experiences within the tourism and hospitality sector.
Strong networking and communication skills.
Passionate about promoting local culture and sustainable tourism practices.
Fluency in English and German, additional languages are a plus.
