We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity to join our family at Aberglasney Gardens. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Coordinator to further enhance our team and ensure our visitors have an enjoyable and memorable time here at Aberglasney.

Role Overview:
As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere for our guests. Your main focus will be to ensure that visitors receive exceptional service during their time at our gardens. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall experience at Aberglasney through your passion for customer care and your dedication to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival
Providing information about the gardens, events, and facilities
Handling visitor feedback and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for our visitors
Assisting with the coordination of events and special activities
Contributing innovative ideas to constantly improve our guest experience

Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and works well within a team environment. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a customer-facing role and be comfortable speaking with a diverse range of visitors. A genuine interest in gardens, history, and the local area would be highly beneficial.
