Position Available: Tactical Equipment Design Specialist

Responsibilities:

Conceive, develop and refine tactical gear that aligns with modern warfare and security standards
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate cutting-edge materials and technology into design concepts
Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to ensure product durability and effectiveness
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to incorporate the latest innovations into designs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in design and development of tactical equipment and gear
Proven track record of bringing innovative designs from concept to production
Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools
Strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes
