Thandokuhle Child and Youth Care Centre is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assisting with product selection and providing tailored recommendations
- Processing transactions and handling payment procedures
- Ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the centre
- Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and organized retail environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
