Thandokuhle Child and Youth Care Centre is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Assisting with product selection and providing tailored recommendations
Processing transactions and handling payment procedures
Ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the centre
Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and organized retail environment

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
A passion for working with children and youth
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility in scheduling and adaptable work style
