Swedish Film Institute is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Professional Franchise Operations Manager. This role is an integral part of our organization, focusing on enhancing the overall performance and cohesion of our cinema franchises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize the performance of our cinema franchises in Stockholms län.
- Oversee and maintain uniformity in branding, service standards, and customer experience across all franchise locations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies within the franchise network.
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees, leveraging best practices and ensuring alignment with the institute's mission and values.
- Evaluate and select potential franchise partners, fostering strong and enduring business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in franchise operations, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Deep understanding of franchise-related legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Strategic thinker with the capability to drive continuous improvements and innovation.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
