As a key player in the enhancement of our guests' unique experiences, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Experience Coordinator to help shape and deliver unparalleled journeys.

The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the spirit of travel and a unique insight into crafting memorable experiences that seamlessly intertwine with the local culture. Collaborating closely with our partners, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that each and every guest has a transformative and unforgettable time in Asturias.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and design bespoke itineraries that captivate the essence of Asturias.
Forge and maintain strong relationships with local attractions, historic sites, and cultural hotspots.
Co-create and execute events, excursions, and activities to inspire our guests' exploration of the region.
Provide exceptional support and assistance to visitors, ensuring their experiences exceed expectations.

Requirements:

Passionate about the art of hospitality and travel, with an eye for authentic and immersive experiences.
Adept at communicating effectively in both Spanish and English languages.
Proven experience in a customer-oriented role or within a dynamic culture-shaping environment.
An affinity for the rich history, natural beauty, and local traditions of Asturias.

Preferred Skills:

Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging narratives and experiences.
Experience in event coordination, tourism, or related fields, especially within a regional context.
Strong organizational abilities, with an acute attention to detail and a high level of initiative.
