Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and implement sustainable solutions centered around our manufacturing processes and facilities.
Lead initiatives to reduce overall energy consumption, minimize waste, and enhance resource efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and introduce environmentally friendly practices and technologies.
Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and proactively drive sustainability efforts.
Champion the adoption of eco-friendly practices across departments, promoting a culture of environmental responsibility.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing environmentally sustainable practices within a manufacturing or energy-related industry.
A strong understanding of energy-efficient technologies, waste reduction strategies, and environmental management systems.
Exceptional project management skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive environmental initiatives forward.
