We are looking for a skilled and passionate professional to join our dynamic team at the European Central Bank as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent, contributing to the growth and success of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to maximize candidate outreach and engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational or financial institution.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Proficiency in various recruitment software and tools.
