We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative Experience Coordinator to join our team. As an Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our visitors' experiences, ensuring that each interaction fosters a deep connection to the region.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging experiential activities that showcase the cultural and natural richness of Eastern Iceland.
Collaborate with local artisans, guides, and businesses to create authentic and immersive experiences for our guests.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners to continually expand our offering of experiences.
Curate and manage a diverse portfolio of experiences, catering to the interests of a broad range of visitors.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of experiences, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

Passion for storytelling and a deep appreciation for the unique charm of Eastern Iceland.
Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing circumstances.
Flexibility and creativity to craft bespoke experiences that resonate with various audiences.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
