Are you passionate about driving excellence in athletic performance? If so, we are seeking a Performance Enhancement Specialist to help lead our athletes to the pinnacle of success.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement customized training programs tailored to individual athlete needs
Utilize advanced biometric monitoring and analytics tools to track and evaluate athlete progress
Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure integration of performance enhancement strategies into overall training regimen
Stay current with the latest advancements in nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention
Offer guidance and support to athletes, helping them overcome physical and mental obstacles
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement and inform training plans
Regularly communicate and educate athletes on the science behind performance optimization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
Proven experience working with competitive athletes in a performance enhancement capacity
Expertise in biomechanics, exercise physiology, and strength and conditioning principles
Familiarity with the latest performance analysis technologies and training methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders
Certification from a recognized professional organization (e.g., NSCA, CSCCa) preferred
A genuine passion for sports and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of athletic performance
