Position: Multicultural Financial Analyst

Location: Stockholm, Stockholms län

Your Role:

Conduct financial analysis and reporting for various business units within Electrolux, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
Provide insightful, multicultural perspectives to financial strategies, contributing to the company's global growth and prosperity.
Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, collaborating with diverse teams to drive financial performance.
Communicate effectively across multicultural teams, fostering an inclusive and transparent work environment.
Stay abreast of changes in the financial industry and leverage multicultural insights to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a multicultural or multinational environment.
Proficient in financial software and tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
A multicultural background or experience living/working in diverse environments is highly valued.
