About the Role

As a Creative Development Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating artistic talents, guiding students in various design projects, and fostering a culture of creativity at our training center. Your expertise in conceptualizing, organizing, and executing design initiatives will be crucial in helping our students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging design-focused curriculum
Mentor and provide constructive feedback to students
Coordinate and lead workshops, exhibitions, and creative events
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum
Collaborate with local artists, designers, and creative professionals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design, visual arts, or related disciplines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for nurturing creativity and fostering artistic development
Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
