We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide vital support to patients in need, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation to and from medical facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients during transportation
- Assisting patients with boarding and disembarking vehicles
- Interacting with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Keeping accurate records of patient interactions and care provided
- Responding to the specific needs and concerns of each patient
Requirements:
- Prior experience in patient care or related fields
- Empathetic nature and excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in potentially stressful situations
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
