Your Role:

Develop and create culturally resonant visual materials that reflect the diversity of our workforce and community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our artistic content reflects the multicultural ethos of our company.
Design engaging and impactful visuals for a variety of internal and external projects, including campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
Stay up to date on multicultural art and design trends, sharing insights with the team to help shape our creative endeavors.
Provide guidance on cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in all visual materials.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in creating art and design that celebrates diversity and reflects multicultural influences.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
An understanding of multicultural art history and design principles, and a passion for integrating diverse cultural elements into your work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
