About the Role:
Position: Regional Operations Manager
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of our franchise locations within the Bremen region, ensuring compliance with company standards and achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor franchisees to drive business growth and profitability
- Implement and enforce corporate policies and procedures to maintain brand consistency
- Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees in resolving operational challenges
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the franchising, restaurant, or retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
