Position: Nature Immersion Specialist

Ratshidi Nature Reserve is in search of individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional nature-focused experiences to our clientele. Our ideal candidate possesses an ardent appreciation for environmental stewardship and the ability to seamlessly integrate our unique offerings with the needs of our diverse customer base. You will be responsible for curating and guiding immersive nature experiences, ensuring every visitor has an unforgettable and informative stay.

Responsibilities:

Lead immersive nature tours and excursions
Engage with guests to enhance their understanding of wildlife and natural ecosystems
Develop and execute tailored nature experiences for groups and individuals
Promote and sell eco-friendly merchandise and sustainable products
Act as a brand ambassador for Ratshidi Nature Reserve

Requirements:

Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in customer service or related field
Strong knowledge of local wildlife and ecosystems preferred
Previous experience in nature guiding, tourism, or relevant outdoor pursuits
