Position: Supply Chain Coordinator - Environmentally Responsible Practices

Location: Northern Cape, South Africa

Job Description:

Develop strategies for environmentally responsible sourcing, transportation, and distribution practices
Collaborate with suppliers and transport partners to reduce our carbon footprint
Evaluate and optimize transportation routes for efficiency and eco-friendliness
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards in all supply chain activities
Implement and maintain sustainable packaging initiatives
Monitor and report on the environmental impact of supply chain operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience in supply chain management, sustainability, or related fields
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainable supply chain practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable business practices
Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
