Data Insights Strategist

SFS Intec, a leading global player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our dynamic team in Uri, Switzerland. We are looking for a Data Insights Strategist who will play a crucial role in driving our business forward through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from market data
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities
Design and execute market research studies to gather relevant data
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Business)
Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or a related role
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus
