Equity Group Holdings: Senior Property Development Manager
Equity Group Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Property Development Manager. This position presents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and development initiatives of our real estate portfolio in Kenya.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of new real estate development projects.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, construction firms, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for property development projects.
- Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the value and performance of existing real estate assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in property development and project management.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and market trends in the real estate sector in Kenya.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
