This position requires expertise in the planning, design, and execution of railway infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our railway line, ensuring that our infrastructure remains at the cutting edge of efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement railway infrastructure projects
Conduct thorough inspections of existing infrastructure to identify areas for improvement
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Utilize innovative solutions to enhance the performance and longevity of our railway infrastructure
Provide technical guidance and support to on-site construction and maintenance teams
Oversee the implementation of new technologies and best practices in railway infrastructure development
Continuously assess and optimize the efficiency and sustainability of our railway infrastructure

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in railway engineering or related infrastructure development roles
Proficiency in project management and engineering software
Strong understanding of construction materials and methods specific to railway infrastructure
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proven track record of delivering successful infrastructure projects from conception to completion
Knowledge of environmental and sustainability considerations in railway infrastructure
