We are seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to join us as a Sustainable Urban Development Specialist at Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) in Central Region. As a Sustainable Urban Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make impactful contributions towards sustainable urban solutions and design strategies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to support sustainable architectural and urban development initiatives
Collaborate with architects and urban planners to integrate sustainable practices into design concepts
Advise on environmental impact assessments and energy-efficient building technologies
Develop and implement strategies for sustainable resource management in urban environments
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainable urban development

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or related field
Proven experience in sustainable urban development projects
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and green building standards
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
