We are seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to join us as a Sustainable Urban Development Specialist at Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) in Central Region. As a Sustainable Urban Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make impactful contributions towards sustainable urban solutions and design strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to support sustainable architectural and urban development initiatives
- Collaborate with architects and urban planners to integrate sustainable practices into design concepts
- Advise on environmental impact assessments and energy-efficient building technologies
- Develop and implement strategies for sustainable resource management in urban environments
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainable urban development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, or related field
- Proven experience in sustainable urban development projects
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and green building standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
