Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for our facilities
Provide expertise in risk assessment and mitigation
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a safe and secure work environment
Stay updated on security best practices and emerging technologies
Conduct security training and awareness programs
Participate in incident response and management
Ensure compliance with local and national security regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience in security management, law enforcement, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of security technology and systems
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Relevant certification or training in security management
Knowledge of emergency response procedures
