Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop literary-themed dining experiences that showcase Tasmania's rich culture and diverse heritage.
Curate and elevate the center's dining events, creating immersive gastronomic journeys for writers, readers, and culinary enthusiasts.
Forge partnerships with local producers, chefs, and artisans to create bespoke dining experiences that champion Tasmania's unique flavors.
Collaborate with writers to develop food-inspired literary content and foster a community of gastronomic storytellers.
Champion innovation and creativity in the culinary arts, leading the charge in redefining the intersection of literature and food.

Requirements:
