- Curate and elevate the center's dining events, creating immersive gastronomic journeys for writers, readers, and culinary enthusiasts.
- Forge partnerships with local producers, chefs, and artisans to create bespoke dining experiences that champion Tasmania's unique flavors.
- Collaborate with writers to develop food-inspired literary content and foster a community of gastronomic storytellers.
- Champion innovation and creativity in the culinary arts, leading the charge in redefining the intersection of literature and food.
Requirements:
