Siouxland Community Health Center is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as an Innovation Tourism Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative experiences that showcase the cultural, historical, and natural attractions in the Nebraska region. Your creative vision and expertise will help us elevate the visitor experience by offering unique and immersive opportunities that highlight the beauty and diversity of our local area.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop compelling cultural and heritage tours that celebrate the essence of Nebraska's landscapes and communities
Craft engaging storytelling methods to bring historical sites and local folklore to life for our visitors
Collaborate with local partners to curate exclusive local food and beverage experiences
Create and manage interactive programs that promote sustainable tourism practices and environmental conservation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local artisans, artists, and performers to incorporate their work into the tourism experience
Continuously research and analyze trends in the tourism industry to integrate innovative concepts into our offerings

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related fields
Proven experience in event planning, tourism, or experiential marketing
Exceptional creativity and a passion for storytelling and experiential design
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain partnerships
Knowledge of local history and culture with a deep appreciation for the region's uniqueness
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Proficiency in project management and budgeting
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
