Job Description

Luxembourg Employment Agency is seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our dynamic team as a Travel Specialist. As a Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to our clients in the tourism and vacation industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with planning and booking their vacations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Research and recommend travel destinations, attractions, and itineraries based on client preferences.
Stay up-to-date with travel trends, new destinations, and travel regulations.
Handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to negotiate rates and secure reservations.
Ensure all travel-related documentation and visas are accurately processed.
Handle any travel-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Stay knowledgeable about local and international attractions, events, and festivals.
Assist in designing and promoting travel packages and offers.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Travel Specialist or a similar role in the tourism industry.
Proficiency in using travel software and platforms.
Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and travel requirements.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Passion for travel and a willingness to continuously update travel-related knowledge.
Flexibility to work on weekends or outside of regular office hours when necessary.
