Job Title: Financial Operations Associate

Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and perform cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes
Prepare periodic financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements
Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in the agriculture sector
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Knowledge of Italian financial regulations and tax laws
