Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented individual for the role of Creative Experience Designer. As a Creative Experience Designer at JFTC, you will be responsible for developing engaging and interactive experiences to enhance our training programs and improve the learning outcomes of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive and immersive learning experiences using cutting-edge technologies and tools.
Create visually stunning multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and animations, to deliver impactful training materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to understand training requirements and develop effective solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the media/advertising/entertainment industry to ensure our training remains relevant and engaging.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Design, Fine Arts, or Interactive Media.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in designing interactive experiences, multimedia content, or similar roles.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
