Position: Community Protection Specialist

As a Community Protection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in actively monitoring and ensuring the safety of our educational facilities and diverse community. You will use your leadership skills to coordinate emergency response procedures, engage in de-escalation techniques, and maintain a supportive presence while fostering positive relationships with students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to foster a safe and secure environment
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services
Implement and enforce school safety protocols
Provide mentorship and support to students and staff
Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

Prior experience in security, public safety, or related field
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to adapt to various situations with cultural sensitivity
Understanding of crisis management and emergency response procedures
Dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment
